Teleutias Fiduciary

The assistant configured for the day-to-day work of a fiduciary firm: it speaks the language of the business systems you use and works on the documents you handle — without anything ever leaving your server.

What it does

Business systems and data

  • Analysis of logs and error messages from Infoniqa ONE Start, ONE Smart / ONE 200 and Odoo: interpreting the message, likely causes, suggested verification steps.
  • Import/export support: structure of the expected CSV/XML files, data consistency checks before import, interpretation of rejected records.
  • Reading structured files: CSV, XML (including ISO 20022 / pain.001, camt), JSON.

Documents

  • Reading and summarising contracts, minutes, regulations, circulars and internal procedures.
  • Searching the firm's knowledge base: operating manuals, closing checklists, client onboarding procedures.
  • Extracting data from documents: payslips, invoices, statements — with values always to be verified by the operator.

Communications

  • Drafts of professional communications to clients, authorities and insurers, in Italian, German, French or English.
  • Rewriting and proofreading texts while preserving the firm's tone and terminology.

What it does NOT do

Limits that are configured, not merely stated

These limits are part of the assistant's instructions, not just disclaimers:

  • It produces no final accounting, tax or payroll decisions. It proposes, flags and prepares — the choice remains with the operator.
  • It performs no free-hand tax or payroll calculations: for numeric values it always refers back to the business system or to operator verification.
  • It signs and sends nothing: every communication remains a draft until human validation.

Typical usage example

  1. A payroll import into ONE 200 fails with an error.
  2. The operator pastes the error message (or a screenshot) into the Teleutias Fiduciary chat.
  3. The assistant explains the likely meaning of the error, points to the file fields to check and suggests verification steps.
  4. The operator corrects the file and repeats the import in the business system.

The business system remains the system of record; Teleutias shortens the time between a problem and its understanding.

Typical configuration for a firm

  • Fiduciary assistant for the administrative/accounting team.
  • Documents assistant for searching and summarising internal documentation.
  • Knowledge base with: internal procedures, business system manuals, the firm's communication templates.
  • Separate permissions per area (e.g. payroll visible only to the payroll team).
