What is Teleutias

Local AI assistants for companies, fiduciaries and professionals in Switzerland.

Teleutias is a Swiss AI assistant, developed in Ticino and installed locally within the client's infrastructure, configured for specific sectors and processes — fiduciaries, real estate, construction, Odoo and technical contexts — with the Swiss regulatory and operational context in mind (nFADP, business systems common in Switzerland, IT/DE/FR/EN multilingualism).

Unlike foreign cloud AI services, Teleutias processes documents, logs and data without anything ever leaving the client's environment: neither towards US clouds nor towards third-party services. It requires no subscriptions to external AI services.

It doesn't decide: it proposes. Teleutias supports day-to-day operational work, but verification and sign-off always remain with the operator or the competent professional.

Architecture at a glance

Teleutias is built on established open-source components, installed on dedicated hardware at the client's premises:

Component Role
Inference engine (Ollama) Runs language models directly on the local machine, on a dedicated GPU.
Web interface (Open WebUI) Multi-user chat interface, accessible from browsers on the company network. User management, permissions and document knowledge base.
Local language models Selected and verified open-source models (8–14 billion parameter class), downloaded once and then run offline.
Knowledge base The client's documents, procedures and manuals, indexed locally and available to the assistant.

Everything resides on a single machine located at the client's premises (or in an environment under their control). No component requires a permanent internet connection to operate.

How it's used, in practice

  1. The user opens the web interface from their browser, on the company network, and authenticates.
  2. They choose the assistant suited to the task (e.g. Fiduciary, Documents, Technical).
  3. They write their request and, if needed, attach files: PDF, CSV, XML, JSON, screenshots.
  4. The assistant answers based on the configured instructions and the company documentation loaded.
  5. The operator verifies the result and decides how to proceed.

Who it's for

  • Swiss fiduciaries and professional firms handling clients' payroll, accounting and tax data that cannot be uploaded to foreign cloud services.
  • Swiss SMEs and companies with internal documentation, procedures and business systems (Infoniqa ONE, Odoo, legacy systems) that want operational support on top of them.
  • Technical teams working with logs, integrations, import/export and structured data formats.

Swiss presence

Teleutias AI is developed and supported in Switzerland, with an approach designed for companies, fiduciaries and professionals in the Swiss market: on-premise installation at the client's site, direct support, and attention to the Swiss regulatory framework (nFADP, professional secrecy, confidentiality requirements for payroll and accounting data).
